Our products can be returned within 15 days of receipt of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
You have received the item within the previous 15 days
The item is in original condition
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a defective or incorrectly shipped product are refundable. Shipping charges incurred from incorrectly ordered or unwanted items are not eligible for refund.
Damaged Items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Magazines
Due to the nature of the product, magazines are non-refundable. Magazines damaged during shipment are eligible for exchange only.
